Safety is the cornerstone of our business. The federal Aviation Administration regulates the charter operator that services AEI Jet Charter client's under FAA Regulation Part 135. FAA Regulation 135 establishes the safety, maintenance and operation standards for charter aircraft operators. The Part 135 standards are stricter than the FAA Part 91 rules that apply to individually and fractionally owned aircraft. Furthermore, at AEI Jet Charter we take the priority of your safety to the highest level by only utilizing charter operators That have had independent, outside auditor inspections of their operations from companies such as ARG/US, Q-Star and Wyvern. Also, each charter client will receive, in advance of departure, a copy of the charter operators "Air Carrier certificate", "Operation specifications" and "Proof of Insurance" documents.
